BELOW ARE SOME USEFUL HINTS TO COMPLETE YOUR AS PPP
Keep a note of all the books, videos, websites and CD Roms you use as you will need to put all of these in your references/bibliography section at the back of your PPP.
Don't waste time formatting your work in the early stages. Concentrate on research and writing!. Formatting comes later.
Above all, do your PPP in sections. Do not try and attempt to do the whole portfolio in one go!
Section off this area and write about each component of fitness in turn. Be clear with your sub-headings. Use correct terminology to show your understanding and depth of knowledge.
THE PORTFOLIO:
1.  The front page should contain: 'Personal Performance Portfolio', your name, your number, your school/college, your school's/college's number, the year of examination.
