The PowerPoint slideshow that you and your team are creating is worth a total of 100 points.  Refer to this checklist often to ensure your best score.


Slideshows will be evaluated on the following three criteria:

Content - 40 points
Slides - 40 points
Overall presentation - 20 points
Content
- Information should be well researched.
- Slides should contain an ample amount of facts and be well organized.
- Facts should be in students' words unless using direct quotes in which the source must be cited.


Slides
- PowerPoint slides should be easy to read including font style, size, and color.
- Backgrounds should add to the slideshow not distract from the information.
- Slides should include graphics
- Transistions and appropriate sound clips should enhance not take away from show.
- All slides should be free of grammatical and spelling errors.


Overall Presentations
- Cooperative groups should work together in this project, planning and executing the final presentation.
- Overall slideshow should flow smoothly from one team member's slides to the next.
- Team member's voice should be clear and of appropriate volume.
- All members of group should be focused on entire slideshow.
