Honey-Sesame Marinated Chicken

1 cup honey

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon tumeric

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

12 boneless chicken thighs, or 6 chicken leg quarters

In a large zip-lock bag, combine honey, sesame seeds, ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, tumeric, cayenne, lime juice and olive oil.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Put the chicken into the bag with the marinade.  Freeze.

To serve: Thaw chicken and marinade.  Remove chicken from marinade and grill or broil until done.
