Entry for August 07, 2005
Well the family reuinion went well, we left at about 9:30 am and met up with everyone at about 11:00 am at a huge park in Ames near the Iowa State University. Everyone brought some food and a good Spirit to catch up with everything that happened in the past year, seeing how we all meet usually at the first Saturday of August. Lots of pictures were taken and I think I was rolling home due to all the goodies which there were to eat. Yumm...
We all split about 5 am and went to my mothers and step-dads house to just hang there a bit until one of my step-sisters (Shelly) desided..oh..I saw a puppy in the paper which she wanted to buy. So we all crammed into her Jeep Cheeroky and went to get that said dog. Only for me to find out, that Shelly wants to sell me her car..which I fell in love with. Yay!
Next to that she invited me to visit her in Luxenburg, Wisconsin to see if I might want to move there, due to that I am actually rather unhappy with my job here (and its pay), offering me to be able to work in her and her husbands Coffee Shop.
I am ready to see workwise if I have enough vacation to do that....well, first to check it out and then to deside if I really would like it there, next to if my kids will like it.
Well, I did not get home till about 9 pm this evening and I am pooped. Gonna write some more tomorrow....
