The Giver

In this response on the chapters, I read it will be about everything I liked, because I liked everything in these chapters.

I thought about what Jonas said to his friend Asher and his friends, about the war game they were playing. I think if they knew about the war memory Jonas received the wouldn't play the game anymore. I think that Jonas is learning a lot from his training.

I liked how Jonas is allowed to do more private stuff than he was when he wasn't the receiver. I liked how Jonas was curious about the release of the twin. I didn't like that Jonas wa sad because he saw his dad kill one of the twins. Jonas's dad had no feelings so he could kill the baby. Jonas des have feelings because he's the Receiver of Memories, so Jonas felt for the baby. He was sad his dad had to kill the baby.

I liked how Jonas and the Giver are making a plan to escape. I think that something big and interesting is going to happen.

I like this book a lot now and now I can't wait to see what happens next.
