The Giver

This section is probably the climax of the story, but I liked other parts of the story better than this part.

I really liked how Jonas took Gabriel away with him. It shows Jonas has feelings and that he cares about other people. On the journey to another place Jonas feeds Gabriel, he sleeps with Gabriel and he warms Gabriel when he's cold. It's cool that Gabriel will grow u and have the memories. I think he'll be the next receiver if there is one.

Jonas and the Giver made a good plan to escape and get to another place. But it falls apart. Jonas and Gabriel ran out of food, it snowed so Jonas couldn't ride his bike in it. Both Jonas and Gabriel were very cold. But Jonas and Gabriel suck it up and they make it to a new place.

I think the new place will be beautiful, peaceful and loving I thought the book was one of the best books I've read.
