Today is Memorial Day, Wednesday is Memeorial Day, to me every day is Memorial Day. My Greatgreatgrand father may have served in the Revolution, my Greatgrandfather served in the Texas Rangers, and the Sixth Texas Cavalry Regiment in the Civil War, My Grandfather served in the Spanish American War, My Father was and Engineer in 1917 in Germany during WWI, His brother served in World War II, One of my brothers was and Air Installation Officer during the Cold War and another brother and I, also Engineers, served in Vietnam. All served and servived. When I see our boys around the world every day, I say a prayer for them. I often wish I were young enough to go to Afaganastan, or Iraq and be part of them. They fight for you and me, and for each other. They volunteer and protect our freedom. I ask our Lord, to protect us from those revisionist and political correct, who would destroy what our Founding Fathers have gaven us.
Today we go to the Wall, Arlington, to our National or local cemeteries and say our blessings for those who gave their lives, who served and servived, but have passed, and for those who are veterans of their war, who's heats swell when the flag goes by. God Bless Them All.
