6th Spark Meeting Opening
All Girls and Leaders form a Circle.
The Center of our Circle is sacred and no one steps through it. We always walk around the outside.
In the Very center of our circle is our Crystal Spark Doll sitting on, what will be when finished, a memory quilt. This quilt will have scanned pictures of all group pictures of girls who have participated in our 6th Spark Troop.
We always start by collecting our dues because otherwise that money starts a rolling all over the ground and gets lost.
Every week each girl gets a turn at taking the dues basket around, collecting the dues and we all sing:
A Tisket a Tasket a silver for the Spark Basket
repeats until all dues are collected
Our Opening Song is a Candace Chant:
We March around our circle and sing this:
