Starting mobile suit (Leo, Taurus, Cancer, Pisces, Oliphant, Maganac, or Aries)
Mobile Suit Name (optional, but preferred)
Background Story (The history of the character, spend some time on it and make it good)
Faction (check the roster page for factions or you can be an independent)
E-mail address (well, I can't really get back to you if you don't put one)
Other IM services (they make contacting you a lot easier)
