Six Flags Over Georgia introduces 5 new rides, including roller coaster number 10, Wile E. Coyote Canyon Blaster. Wile E. Coyote Canyon Blaster is a new family coaster reaching speeds of 30 mph.
Zamperla is the manufactures two new rides Up, Up & Away and Rockin' Tug. In the place of the Ultra Zone Six Flags Over Georgia proudly introduces Gotham City Crime Wave, bringing passengers 30 feet high! In spring Shake Rattle & Roll will bring you back to the 50s inside the USA Theatre. This indoor Scrambler will be inhanced with music and lights. |

Fiesta Texas Vice President and General Manager Melinda Ashcraft is transferring from the San Antonio Six Flags theme park to Atlanta.
There, she will serve as senior vice president and general manager for Six Flags Over Georgia, as well as the company's Whitewater and American Adventure properties. |

News from the disscusion boards of the great site SFOGnet rumors that the Trams will be back in action next year. Also the old Highland Swings (once near the main entrance) will be operating in the current location of the Ultra Zone in Gotham City. Also dispite other rumors Free Fall will stay. |

On another note from a Park Trains forum on Yahoo.com the situation with the Steam Engines looks to be in for a fix. The Gretta will more than likly not be operating at Six Flags Over Georgia. The Texas and General are anticipated to be desilized. If they, for some reason, cannot be desilized it will be showcased. |
