Our wedding day January 22, 1982

I wrote this poem just before I met my husband , and love truly is better the second time around . (written in 1980)

Hopelessly In Love With You

White caps beckoning me to come closer
as the splashing water
licked sensuously at my thighs,
tempting and luring me on.

Waves rising and falling,reaching out to pull me near,
caressing tenderly,kissing my shoulders,
filling my senses and my being full of wonder until...
I had no resistance within me.

Emotions rising through feelings,
kisses that awakened my soul.
desire to know the very depth of you,
to touch you,love you,be yours for all eternity,
as I slowly went under.......
                   in your sea of love.
