Hi there, my name is Harry...or that is what most people call me anyway..
Why would anyone want to have a website like this, you may be thinking? Well, maybe it's just for the same reason you are here...just for fun! I don't know, maybe I do have a good reason? Have you ever been really skilful at heaps of things, like sports, business, arts, reading, writing, sleeping, drinking, or whatever..., and you still know that you will never reach the very top, or know that you will never be the very best in the world at it? Wouldn't it be fantastic to actually be the best in the world at something! Even if it was only for a short time....
Well, not too long ago, I read somewhere about a guy in the US I think it was, that had claimed a world record for having over 10,000 people sit on his lap. Now that, I thought, is definately something I could be really good at! It involves a couple of things I have had plenty of experience with over the past few years...1. sitting down .. 2. socialising .. & 3. trying to look fabulously photogenic while someone is pointing a camera in my direction...!
Well, I thought, with my physical fitness and my sports career disappearing over the horizon faster than you can say .."I'll have fries with that..", I now have a goal...a world record 20,000 knee sitters, and a place in the Guinness Book of Records. If I have gained nothing else from my many years of sports training, the one thing I have retained, is a very, very strong and reliable pair of knees and thighs (I just knew those pair of 'tree trunk' legs would be of use someday).
Folks, this is where I need your help! I have been in heavy, tortuous training for a little while now, and I believe I am ready to pack up my favourite chair, grab my cushion and therapeutic 'knee' massage oil, face my adoring public....and have you guys sit on my knee! Please be aware that I may be in your area sooner than you think.
