Just a note about bidding guidelines to remove all confusion...

In the subject of your bid email, put it in this format:
<House Name> bid <number of card> [-<optional range of cards>] [pass] [(nt)]

Examples:                     Explaination
Ix bid 5.2 - 5.6              This email contains standing bid orders for cards 5.2 through 5.6
Ix bid 5.5 Pass (nt)        This email contains no text, no need to open it.
Ix bid 5.6  -5-  (nt)        This email I want to jump bid to 5, no need to open the email
Ix bid 5.6 3-1-6  (nt)      This email I want to start bidding at 3, over bid any bids past me by 1, maximum
bid of 6.  No text in the email, no need to open it.
Ix bid 5.6 2-2-9 (nt)       This email I want to start the bidding at 2 (if possible) over bid any over bid of
me by 2 and bid a maximum of 9.  No need to open the email as it contains no
                                     text.
Ix bid 5.6                      My bidding is so complex, or contains questions/comments, please open the
                                     email and read it.

Note: I used Ix since its the shortest name, not to pick on Bruce/George...

Whenever I receive multiple bids, I will deleted the older versions so that the latest bid I have from you is the only one I look at when I do the bidding.

Also, so you know I run the bidding just like it is in the normal game, and make up a little grid to put everyone's bids in.  The first card up for bid during a turn is bidded first by the player in storm order, the second card up for bid is bid by the second player in storm order.  If a player has a full hand, I skip over them.

Full conditional bids are allowed:
Examples(simple to complex):
Bid 4
Start bidding at 2, over bid by 1 to a maximum of 8
Start bidding at 2, if the atriedes bids on it, over bid them by 1 to a maximum of 9, otherwise a maximum by 1 of 6.
Start bidding at 2, if the atreides bids on it OR one of his allies, ...
