| If there was one film that got screwed at the Oscars this year, TRAFFIC would be that film. In my opinion, TRAFFIC should have beaten GLADIATOR for Best Picture hands down. TRAFFIC is an awsome slap in the face. An eye opener if nothing else. Starring Michael Douglas as the newly appointed DEA head. He is blinded by the belief that the front lines for the war on drugs is the U.S./Mexican border. Little does he know, that his daughter is a drug addict. Catherine Zeta-Jones plays the pregnet wife of a known drug lord. Only she dosn't know it! I could go on and on about the plot line but it's mjuch better to just watch the movie. I highly recommend it! The various stories are so brilliently woven together! BUY THIS MOVIE! I give it the prestigious 5 STARS |
