One night myself, my friend Jim, and my friend Phil, took a trip to see the reported lights of Slabtown road in Woodstown. When we arrived we found a short section of woods, opening to a large lake, bridge, and stream. The story goes if you walk from the bridge twords Rt. 40 you would hear foot steps on both sides of you in the woods. And when the foot steps stop is when the lights are supposed to start. My friends and I walked the entire length of the woods and nothing. No foot steps and defintly no lights, or so called orbs. We soon abandoned the road to find other more interesting things. A few nights later I returned with two other friends to try again, and still the same thing no lights. And I even returned a third time, with more friends, and again no lights. So I have determind that the reported lights of Slabtown road, where no more than a hoax. Maybe a group of either drunk, or high teens that thought they saw lights and heard noises. It was just a large waste of time, and I would not bother going there, cause you won't see a thing. |
