A beautiful creature swims up to you and taps you on the shoulder. It starts speaking in a foreign language that you do not understand.  She notices your puzzled expression and stops. 
"So sorry.  I thought you spoke Dimsun.."
"Dimsun? What is Dimsun?" you ask her.
"Dimsun are rare creature.  They are quick and smart.  You may adopt one if you wish,"
"How do I adopt one?"
"Read the adoption policy."  With that she smiles and is gone in a blink.
