All vendors will be alotted one space unless you specifically request a different size space.  We provide no screens or partitions.  You may bring your own if you make arrangements with our staff.  Unfortunately due to fire regulations, no incense burning will be allowed.  ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE BEGUN SET UP BY 9 AM SATURDAY FEBRUARY 2!

General Information:

 

This hotel is not handicap friendly.

You can unload behind the hotel and use the service elevator for your items but it is still a chore.

There will be people to help you if you are there before 9 AM and are out by 8 PM.

Special room rates will be available.

 

 

 

 

FEE STRUCTURE:

 

$90 includes 2-8’ tables, two chairs and TWO event passes.

 

$80 includes 1 – 8’ table, two chairs and TWO event passes.

 

$50 includes NO TABLES (10x10 space), two chairs and TWO event passes.

 

$40 includes ½ 8’ table space, two chairs and TWO event passes.

 

We have quite a few spaces available, but it is on a "first-paid, first-reserved" basis. Only paid reservations will be guaranteed the space requested.

Please make your check or money order payable to Sisters of Fortune. Payment and these two pages must be included to be considered a reservation.

 

Both pages must be returned to complete registration. Final date to register for space is JANUARY 14, 2002.  Mail both pages of this application, plus fees, to:

Space reservation conditions and terms:

--Vendors may check in and set up 5 PM- 10 PM, Friday, February 1 and Saturday February 2 from 8 AM – 9 AM.

 

--Vendors must close down at 6 PM and clear the site by 8 PM

 

 --Vendors must arrive on site by 9 AM Saturday for their reservations to be honored. Any vendor arriving after 9 AM risks not receiving their reserved spaces.

 

--There will be no refunds of vending fees for any reason including personal or weather related problems.

 

--Collection and payment of Michigan state sales taxes are the vendor's responsibility. The event staff is not liable.

 

--Liability issue: Vendors are responsible for their own stuff. The event staff, the Sisters of Fortune, and the Grand Inn are not liable for any theft, moving, or damage incurred.
