Welcoming a new pet Ritual

Cast the circle with all your current pets inside it. While playing with your current house-mates, say:
"My dear housemates, I love and adore you and thankyou for sharing my life. We live in a home filled with joy and love. and now its time to share that joy and love."
Give each current pet a treat.
Hold the new pet and say:
"Welcome (name) to this happy home. We have joy and will share it with you. Thankyou for joining us."
Give the new pet a treat and play with them all for a while before releasing the circle.
It is done.
