I International Workshop “Industrial Property and Commercialization of Veterinary Products”
The Cuban National Center for Animal and Plant Health (CENSA) invites all Industrial Property Official Agents, Representatives and Specialists associated to the Production, Commercialization or Transaction of Veterinary Products to the International Workshop which will be held during the I International Scientific Seminar on Animal Health from September 24th-26th, 2003.
CENSA has been developing, since 1990, the commercialization of its products, and parallel it has acquired experiences in the use of the Industrial Property that suggests to share and exchange with other specialists working with similar objectives. That is the reason why we invite you to participate in our workshop in order to have a fructiferous meeting which allows us to have a free and original interchange of experiences for our future work.
This workshop is technically co-supported by the Cuban Office of Industrial Property (OCPI), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the Industrial Property Attoney Bufete Lex SA.

Application of Industrial Property rights for Veterinary Products according with TRIPS. Experiences in its obtention. |

International Law and actual situation for the veterinary product protection, particularly the case of Latin America. |

Objective commercial role of Industrial Property rights acquired in the case of veterinary products. |
