"Chasing Dreams"

I know all about dreaming
I've been dreaming for longer than I know
  and you've been dreaming too
  another everlasting soul
It's the dreams that keep us moving through life
Flooding our brains and hearts with oceans of sparks
  that light up a beaded pathway
  and we follow blindly, knowing all will be ok
The dreams may pull us apart at times
But we'll always be back together
  there's a hint of truth in the word "forever"
There you go chasing your dream
I know how it feels and what it means
I've been chasing my dream too
And yes, I should let you on your way
But it's hard if you're always running
