Sailor Mini Moon or Chibi Moon as she is better refered to, is the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity, Serena in the future.  She Comes to the present to fetch the Silver Imperial Crystal to save her mother who was placed in a state of dormancy after the black moon attacked her.  The black moon in the present tricked her into thinking nobody loved her.  She joined them and had a rapid growth spurt and became an adult going by the name Wicked Lady.  She was Prince Diamond's right hand woman and took crap from nobody.  Later, Sailor Moon tried to change her, but to no avail.  Then Neo Queen Serenity channeled herself through Sailor Moon and reminded Wicked Lady of her wonderful childhood and Rini turned back into herold self and went back to the future and came back later to save Serena as Sailor Mini Moon.
