Appleton Estate - travel through the heart of Jamaica's cockpit
country home of the maroons, to the historic Appleton Estate where you can
experience the process of making real Jamaican rum first hand. Stop
at Apple Valley Park when you can fish, canoe, climb one of eleven
waterfalls, tour an old sugar plantation or just chill by the pool.
On your way back, experience 'Holland Bamboo' a mystic three mile
bamboo tunnel.
'Roaring River' - listen to the rivier's roar, hike into the
hidden caves, hang out with the locals. Dance to the native drums
and fill up on authentic Jamaican cuisine.
But leave some room for Fry Fish and Bammy from the seaside village of
Bluefields.

Kingston, the nation's capital.
You must see the Bob Marley museum, then 'chill out' on lawns of the
