Trying to come up with casual lunches for guests and family can sometimes be frusrating. This spread is tasty in regular sandwichs, on toast squares, or on english muffins. It can be made ahead, wrapped and ready to eat at the end of ritual. Makes 2 cups of spread mix
Deviled Egg Sandwich Spread
4 hard cooked eggs,chopped---1/4tsp pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped celery---1/4 tsp dried basil leaves,crumbled
2 tbls Herb Mustard---1/4 tsp salt---2tbls mayonaise
Blend the ingredients together throughly
