Herbed Mustard

One of the delightful ways to use herbs everyday is in your cooking. Since Iam usually a very busy person most of my personal recipes have been altered to use mixes and prepared foods. This recipe not only makes a great addition to your personal recipe collection, it can also be an usnusual but, welcome gift. It uses the standard summer condiment yellow mustard. The abount of herbs can be adjusted to suit individual taste.

2 cups prepared mustard --- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves crumbled

1/4 cup parsley flakes crumbled---1 tsp dried basil leaves crumbled

1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves crumbled---1 tsp dried dill weed

1/4 cup cider vinegar

Pour the mustard into a large bowl. Add the dried herbs and mix thoroughly. Gradually stir in the vinegar. Put in a covered jar and refrigerate for three days before using.
