There are seven major light centers in the human body, The physical and spritiual bodies are connected through these energy centers called "chakras". Psychic energy can be sent up through these centers and can release a force called "Kundalini". As this power begins to flow within you, the chakras begin to open in successive order.

Any blockage in a chakra can lead to physical and mental disorders

Location: base of the spine
Color: red
Function: grouding, survival
Body parts: feet, legs and bones
Malfunction: obesity,sciatica knee problems

Chakra two
Location:lower abdomen
Color: Orange
Function: desire, sexuality
Malfunction: Impotence, fridgidity, bladder or kidney troubles

Chakra three
Location:Solar plexus
Color: Yellow
Function: Willpower
Malfunction: Ulcers,diabetes

Chakra four
Location: Heart
Color: Green
Function: Love
Malfunction: Asthma, heart disease, lung disorders

Chakra five
Location: Throat
Color: Bright blue
Function: Communication
Malfunction: thyroid problems, stiff neck, sore throat

Chakra six
Location: Center of forehead
Color: Indigo
Function: Sight, intuition
Malfunction: blurred vision, headaches

Chakra seven
Location:top of head
Color: Violet
Function: Understanding
Malfunction: Depression,confusion, inability to comprehend
