Campaign Rules
Back to the Campaign Room
Here is some of the rules for the campaign, unfortunalty it has not been fully completed as most of it has not be written. This campaign was not written by me but by a freind, well to be exact he wrote part of it, the rest isnt acutally written. :)

Basic Rules

Movement

Empire may move 10mm and suffer normal penalties for movement.
Orcs may move 10mm but do not suffer movement penalties as the army becomes larger but otherwise suffer normal penalties.
Night Goblins army lists move 10mm and move at 3/4 speed through mountain terrian but otherwise suffer normal penalties.
Dwarfs move 7mm and normal speed through mountains but otherwise suffer normal penalties.
Night Elves move 13mm and suffer normal movement penalties.

Armies move at half through speed mountains and 3/4 speed through forest and swamps.

(Note this campaign is played on a map of the Badlans and surrounding areas. The acutal size of the playing area is 250mm by 370mm).

Building Camps
For every 2 moves (including adjuestments for terrain) a camp must be built. A camp must be built by and army the army cannot move the turn it builds the camp. A camp costs 10 Loot Points to build. (damned if I know why there called loot points) A army may not move 2 moves outside of a camp and camps must be within 2 moves of each other. Cities and Dwarf hold count as camps in all respects to the person who territory it is in. A camp costs 10 points to upgrade to a fort.

Income (or Loot points if you prefer)
A player automatically recevies 10 Loot Points a turn. A camp costs 10 points to upgrade to a fort.
Cities generate 5 extra loot points, each fort generates 2 loot points and every camp generates 1 exta loot point.

Dwarf Holds
When an Empire force reaches a Dwarf Hold they can try to ally with the Dwarfs. To do so roll a D6 on a 4+ the Dwarfs welcome the Empire troops inside on a roll of 1-3 the Dwarfs keep the doors firmly closed. If they do ally it counts as a camp but does no count towards loot points and cannot be upgraded. Broken Dwarf Holds do not count towards loot points, but can be upgraded for 10 points in which case they act like forts.
