RULES FOR ALL


        1-To participate in this chat room you must be 18 years of age minimum.

        2-You must maintain an up to date info available this to include a valid e-mail address.

        3-There will be no lurking in the room. For those who then automatically cup if you do so three times without good reason We will kick and ban you.

        4-All patrons and visitors of the Outpost will give gender and age in their profile. Free will capitalize the first letter of their names. Slaves will use small letters on their names. If you fail to capitalize your name, you will be treated as a slave.

        5-In all matters of governing the Outpost, the Owner and High Councilor SirEros will listen to the "High Councils" feelings on anything that needs to be discussed about the Outpost. In cases of an "Emergency" the final authority will be SirEros or acting High Councilor. In case the �High Councilor� is absent any Host whether Free or slave, will have full Authority to enforce all Outpost rules. If both a Free and slave are available the Free preferred a member of the �High Council� will be first choice. If you wish to appeal a Host' decision, log and send the appeal to the "Council" via e-mail [email protected].

        6-Patrons may make suggestions via e-mail or in chat. They will be considered and a decision rendered after thinking through the implications and testing them for a period of time.

        7-This Outpost is not subject to the rules of any "Group", or other bodies who may state they control the rules of Homes in Gor on any chat media. Except where the "High Council" agrees, that the rulings are right. This Outpost will seek to form an alliance with any Castle/Camp/Tavern/Inn that wishes to abide by common laws to which both can agree. In order to guarantee the safety and well being of those from WPO within their walls abroad and while traveling. "A city's laws extend no further than its walls".

        8-KILLINGS, FORCED COLLARING, CAPTURES & FACE STRIPPINGS that take place within the walls of WPO. Will only be recognized after proper Sanction has been given and the time has expired for an Appeal. Unless proper Logging and requesting and the reasons Sanction should be granted for such action is received within 72 Hours Urth time at [email protected] NO SANCTION WILL BE GRANTED. All requests for Sanction should be received before he Action is attempted. If you wish to appeal the Sanction /Action appeals will sent to [email protected] within 72 Urth Hours or no appeal will be addressed. No posts should be made stating Action as fact until this 72 Hour Period has elapsed in case the Sanction/Decision is indeed overturned. Face Stripping will ONLY be Sanctioned if the Free Woman acts or has acted as a slave. Provided "Logs and if available witnesses" are brought to the "Council" and "The Council" having looked into the allegation agrees that "Face Stripping" would be an appropriate action. (Note in order to gain Sanction We do require Logs to support the reasons the requested action should be Sanctioned).

        9-If Anyone attempts to kill within WPO� walls without Sanction it may result in DEADLY consequences for the Transgressor..

        10-This is a Gorean Room and a crossroads to other Realms. This means all sorts of folks are welcomed provided they follow the rules that are listed. You may find those that are "not fully Gorean" here. If this is objectionable leave the Outpost and return another time.

        11-Whispers are NOT to be initiated in private (ESPECIALLY WHEN A KAJIRA IS SERVING) between Free and a slave, except of Masters to Their Own slaves, also unless the Owner has given prior permission such an act may occur between certain Free and Their slaves. The Outpost will also recognize the fact that some RT relationships {friendships} do occur on Gor, however this does not give license to start whispers without having proper permission. All whispers should be initiated in the room, Please Keep private conversations to a minimum. If you wish to whisper a girl of WPO please make the request to a Host. This is not a pick-up room for horny prowlers, or Free who use the power of the Free to take advantage of Someone else�s property. If You break this Rule You will be warned Publicly and then booted. If You continue to abusive slaves & disregard this Rule You will be banned. As well scrolls supporting the claim/reason for the Ban will be posted. If You are a Free person act like one, this means Act with respect of another Free� or a Home� property as You would expect them to do with Your�. If You whisper another Free� property WITHOUT having permission. Then the slave does not act like a slave, DON�T complain because You HAVEN�T been treated properly by the slave.

        12-This Outpost is modified Gor, as are all Taverns, Homes, Castles, and Camps ETC...Or We would not be using computers, neither would slaves be reading. These rules are designed to allow You to enjoy the interaction with, as well as company of one another. There is no real way to enforce submission of a slave online, so Free it would do well to create the desire within Your slaves to be obedient and pleasing.

        13-A Home meeting will be held once a month, all are expected to attend, and failure to attend must be accompanied with good reason. (We do recognize that at times Our Real Life�s can interfere with Our Virtual Time, so please be sure to tell Us if your RT is a bit Hectic We will understand.)

        14-slaves DON�T need a Master's permission to serve a FW in the Outpost, unless the slave is a personal one and their Owner states it as a rule for the slave. They have the permission to do so already from "The High Council". They will offer service to the Master's present, first, and then to any Freewoman desiring to be served. After 3 requests to serve followed by a pause to the Last Master in the room, a slave is free to serve any Free Woman. For it is then taken that all the Master�s in WPO are taken care of or not in need of service at that time.

        15-If a slave is disrespectful to a Free WPO, that slave may be caged in WPO by the Free Who was harmed/disrespected. The Free will then bring it up to the Owner or if Home Owned the Home that Owns the slave, with Scrolls proving the problem to the Owner. If the slave is owned By WPO the �High Council� may give License over to the Free harmed to deal out an Agreed punishment to the slave. For Other then WPO owned slaves the Owner or Home will be allowed ample time to respond. During which time the slave is not be harmed in any or punished. This to include breaking the slave�s restrictions in any manner. (A reminder as Free We are in a position of Honor, so to Honor another�s property and allow them to take back Their Honor, this will show Them Yours. For it is Far better is the course of allowing the Free Person whose Respect and Honor have been poorly reflected on by His property to administer the punishment, and reclaim Their injured reputation. You will have gained a Friend, and not made an Enemy.

        16-A collared slave MAY NOT BE ABUSED BY ANY, WPO will not allow any Free to break a slaves Restrictions within Our walls. Abuse of a slave that is not Your property will not be tolerated by this Outpost. There will be retribution to pay for Any abusive Free. First Offense We will ask or escort You as needed to leave WPO. Second We will escort You out plain and simple. Third time We will make available Scrolls of Your actions and either ban or deal with You on sight. You have power use it wisely.

        17-DO NOT GIVE ANYONE other than someone you Trust beyond a doubt any personal Earthen information. You are in this version of Gor slave in virtual time, unless you and your Master/Mistress have a different understanding. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED to give any personal Earthen information that might endanger you or you family. If anyone insists on you divulging personal information, meet Them real time, talk Real Time on the phone etc... with Them and you object to that. Or insists you perform services you find objectionable real time, break off the communication and report it to a Host and [email protected] even the MSN abuse line. (Please note that you may NOT be anonymous to the chat engine whatever ID or name you use. Those who break the law, harass another, will be tracked down and prosecuted. THIS IS TRUE FOR ANY ROOM IN most chat engines, not just Gorean rooms!!)

        18-Freedom to speak is a characteristic of this Outpost for both Free and slaves. A slave will be governed by what their individual Owner permits, but generally all slaves are responsible for their actions so remember to show respect to the Free in the room. Failure to do so will result in punishment. All are free to express "opinions" without fear of censure, provided proper respect is shown to all present. WPO wishes only to please the Free as well for the growth of the slaves that enter WPO.

        19-19-A FW on Gor is traditionally not the equal of a Master. Gor is about Male domination and female subjugation. Here the same is true in terms of status, as a FW acting in a manner that identifies Her as a slave, can and will be face stripped Provided Proof allows the �High Council� to Grant Sanction for the action. Any FW face stripped shall be under the immediate protection of the WPO upon completion of the Face Stripping.

        20-Soliciting of slaves WILL NOT take place in Private, for any soliciting of slaves to take place in private the request will occur in open room and a Host must agree to it.

        21-If a Free does what WPO considers an act that is grossly overkill, then a Host in Whisper will tell the Free of the act. If the Free becomes belligerent then They will be asked to leave and if They continue to act as such returning etc... The way We deal will get harsher each time it occurs.

        22-We do hereby recognize that death does occur in Gor and with that we state, the recognized time frame from Death to new character / return in WPO is said to be two weeks Earth time.


        FREE PEOPLE






        1-If you enter as a Free, act as a Free. Free do not act like slaves, as slaves do not act as Free. Mixing the two leads to problems. If You do so, be prepared to suffer the consequences of such actions.

        2-Free of this Outpost SHOULD NOT address "Outpost" slaves as sluts or subbies. If You have a problem with that, practice outside and come back. You may refer to your own kajira however You wish, however be aware tis frowned upon by the "WPO".

        3- To enter in as a Member of WPO, a simple Majority vote of the �High Council� available must occur. This also must be at least 4 Members to be valid.

        4- If You have been removed for breaking the Rules of WPO, and wish re-entry the �High Council� (available of the next weekend) will vote on it and at that time the vote must be unanimous, for re-entry into the Family to occur.


        ALL slaves





        1-Proper greetings will be made upon entering the Outpost to all Masters and Mistresses, upon begging and receiving permission to enter by slaves. If you are new to Gor, state that in your profile. If you need assistance, Hosts will assist you, provided you ask for the help.

        2-slaves who do not wish to be slaves should look elsewhere. The final solution to inappropriate behaviors is to ban them and those that exhibit them... We intend to enforce that. {Note: We will if needed show other Homes of the Trangression(s) log(s) to help protect other Homes from such deviations from acceptable actions of a Gorean.}

        3-All Masters are addressed as Master in Gor, unless they openly state they wish to be called by another title. Sir and M'Lord are acceptable in BDSM, not on Gor. Free Women will be addressed as "Mistress" and their name, unless They request otherwise in open room.

        4-If you enter as slave, act as one, slaves do not act as Free. Mixing the two leads to problems. If you do so, be prepared to suffer the consequences of such actions.

        5-All slaves must beg in karta at the entrance and beg permission to enter; also all slaves must beg permission to depart. In each case, waiting approx 30 inh between begs, then repeat if after 3 attempts None have answered it is considered By WPO as license to *Enter/Leave et� Once granted permission to enter, the slave may greet those present without seeking further permission unless their Master requires otherwise. Try to vary your entrances and exits. The order of Greeting is Leads Males then Females then Masters, Mistresses and then other slaves. {NOTE: Warrior Poets Outpost does use and acknowledge a 3 post rule, as in if after 3 posts and a pause permission to either enter or leave has not been given then the slave may enter/leave as they need to do.)

        6-slaves in this Outpost are not required to refer to themselves in the third person. If you are slave, and your Owner requires you to use the third person in reference to yourself, do so.

        7-Slaves are graceful; please move and act accordingly. If you cannot be graceful ask permission to leave and come back later, rather than offending a Free then being disciplined. Be aware that no slave of WPO will be punished for lack of succeeding to be graceful and all, particularly if an honest best attempt was made. The Free vary in what they permit. This is not to say that slaves do not have bad days, as well as good. It is to caution you, that Free differ. What is permissible with some is offensive to others. Since it is hoped you will have a life other than being on here online all day and night. If you are having a "bad" day, why spread the negativity? Come back when you can be pleasing and at your best as slave. We will understand when told why you need to leave till tomorrow.

        8-All slaves will report their Owners by Title then name and e-mail addy upon a request from any Free within the Outpost. Provided the information is requested and given in public. Slaves will make known any restrictions placed upon them by their Masters in their Profiles. Slaves are not subject to the whims of just any Free while within WPO walls, only the slaves Owner can completely Dictate to any slaves within the confines of this Outpost.

        9-Slaves are given names by their Owners. They do not choose or use other names other than the one given them in all of Gor. slaves have but one Owner as stated in their profiles regardless of where they travel too.

        10-If you are in a situation where as female or male you may be dominated by one that frightens you, identify yourself as a Gorean slave and give your Owners Name and E-Mail addy making sure to log the rooms activities request to leave from a Host then say your goodbyes and exit. Notify your Owner of the occurrence being sure to give Them a copy of the Scrolls. If you have none or claim the WPO as your Home Stone, or wish WPO to intercede on your behalf then be sure to e-mail your request to [email protected] the scrolls and identify the problem. For an immediate answer though temporary state it to a Host by asking to Whisper them and We shall handle it from there.

        11-Disrespect of a particular Free in words, other than the expression of a personal opinion on a matter being stated respectfully is an action however. Use caution and weigh your words. Log all questionable situations.

        12-If a slave must go AFK (away from the keyboard, permission will be begged in the open room) Real time emergencies take precedence over online. Gor is an online reality in MSN at least in this Outpost. But not so for some Others so read Their rules as well as these and choose where you wish to participate.

        13-All slaves must act accordingly, with respect for all Free as well as WPO as a Home.

        14-If any slave does a disrespectful act in the WPO they will be dealt with accordingly.

        15-If owned Privately then The Owner will be expected to deal with the slave properly. Also the Owner is expected to show a log of the dealing/punishment of the slave to a representative of the "High Council". If an Owner of a trouble making slave cannot deal with Their slave in a proper manor then WPO will help to facilitate it. If owned by another house then the slave will be taken along with Log to the slaves Home.

        16-If a slave continues to break rules then the slave will be banned and then a log or logs of the infraction(s) given to All other Homes on Gor and these other homes will act according to their own wishes.
