 wo clowns were spotted headed North on a highway in northern Italy. These Clowns were thankfully on the wrong side of the Road. The unfortunate part of the matter is that they were riding a normal two wheeled bicycle. This was and still is not the proper clown vehicle. Either they were to be driving an extremely small or extremely ghetto car. This is the sanctioned clown mode of transportation.
If these clowns are spotted they are to be stopped and their pants are to be filled with mustard.
Other similar incidents have not been reported to clown central, but if there are other incidents. Which there should never be the above punishment is to be rendered on the spot. After that the delinquent is to be turned over to the clown council.
