Assassin As I gaze down the sight, of the weapon in my hand, I can't help but wonder, how I wound up in this land, My hesistation saves my soul, for I knew I could not kill him, for if I had, triggered the gun, in darkness would I always be lost, as I walk away quite slow, from the metal beast in my hand, I know my choice was right, for I had spared an innocent life, Then it all falls away, in a shower of blood, my hesistation cost me, my own life this day.
