Note: Enter the following phrases as your name before beginning to activate the cheats:

18 Best laps: .lapt18

All driving tests finished: .test9

All meets won: .meet6

Finish Grand Prix Mode: .prix

Respect Points: .prix[number]

Unlock All tracks:

Earn gold medals in every event.

Unlock Grand Prix Mode:

Beat the best record in Time Attack mode.

As you can see there aren't many cheats for this game but these are the only ones I have found. Please send any suggestions on my 'Contact' page.
