Can someone please tell me
what it is I am doing here
why must I spend my nights alone
loneliness is my worst fear.
I cannot turn back now
this is the biggest step I've made
I will not live another day in my life
with my heart and pride being taken.
I feel so happy being free
I have smiled and I have laughed
and everyday I get a little farther
its getting easier to forget the past.
