The way I see it
it happens to people all of the time
you have to give in life to get some
I guess this is what I get to call mine.
Things are changing all of the time
some remember and some forget
only the true at heart are always thought of
that's the way I see it.
Your dreams are there for you to find
unfortunately the first way is almost always wrong
and truthfully the way I see it
each life sings a different song.
The world is filled with evil and hate
someone always out to get someone else's
people sometimes say it is an ugly place
but not the way I see it.
There is hope for everyone somewhere
just keep your faith in life strong
and the way I see it somehow
you can find the strength to still move on.
Things are waiting to break you down
to bend and crush you into little bits
but people can only hurt you if you let them
that's the way I see it.
