They Whispered their symphathy as he stood in the back the blankness in his eyes, saw memories as they'd flash
When all was quiet and they glanced at him with sad fear they all held their breath as he started near
You saw in his eyes he was dying inside the tears from his eyes showed all his cries
He approached his fear and looked into this dread fell to his knees and lowered his head
He begged his plea of sorrow looking into her face left pale and blank, held cold in its place
Brushing his hand across her cold skin no longer would he have her blue eyes to look in
Reaching down his hand trembling lowering it slow he layed in her stiff hands the most crimson rose
Wiping the tears from his reddening eyes holding back all threatening cries
Leaning over to capture his last loving look into her face the loss in his heart quickly took its place
Bringing his lips to meet hers so cold To kiss her good bye, no longer to hold
Imagine the person you love just THAT much and image yourself with out their warm loving touch. |
