I would like to introduce myself as a POST-DOCTOROL FELLOW at Institute of Physics, BHUBANESWAR, India working in the Experimental Condensed Matter Group with specific attention toward swift heavy ion irradiation induced surface/interface modifications as a function of temperature, angle and charge state of the projectile ions. I have worked on the general area of semiconductor physics, more specifically in the area of irradiation effects in semiconductor materials and devices for my doctoral thesis. My special intention is towards the surface morphology and interface studies (of pre and post-irradiated semiconductor materials and devices). I have also hands on experience for synthesis and characterization of Semiconductor Nano-particles during my stay at Inter University Consortium for Department of Atomic Energy Facilities (IUC-DAEF), Indore. I am very much keen to pursue my research career in the field of Semiconductor Physics / Materials Science particularly problem related to surface and interface of materials.
