Cherry seems to have the highest tolerance for Hanagata, probably due to her motherly nature... or to the fact that Hanagata is one of her cooking's biggest fans. Unless Hanagata outright makes a pass for her master (or insults her cooking as he did in Episode 6 of SMJ Again), Cherry normally tolerates his presence with a smile...and then subtly undermines him by giving him a tiny helping of rice at dinner.
To be honest, I can't think of much to say about Cherry. She just seems really to find Hanagata more of a pesky annoyance than a serious obstacle to her designs on Otaru. Unlike Bloodberry and Lime, Cherry sees him as more pathetic and whiney than actually dangerous, a fact which I think leads her to pity rather than despise the lad. Given that Cherry is the most motherly of Otaru's three marionettes, I think she sees Hanagata as more of a sad but disobedient child who needs to be disciplined into behaving (maybe she should hook up with Kamatarou?)... or who should at least be seen and not heard. As she says in Episode Three of J to X, "He is incredibly annoying, but every time I see his unhappy face, I feel sorry for him".
And for the record, Cherry seems to be the only one who hasn't come up with an annoying "goo goo name" for Hanagata.
