We are a group of single sailing folks who all share a passion for sailing. The group was started as a 'club' on Yahoo! on August 7, 1999 by Mad Maggie. It started out with just a handful of folks and grew to number over 500 at one time. Unfortunately, not all folks check the postings regularly, but the ones who do are usually upbeat and friendly.
The club was formed to give all single folks who like to sail a non-threatening forum in which to share their experiences, find other folks in their area who like to sail and maybe, even a permanent sailing partner! In our postings, we do not allow personal attacks. Light teasing is ok, but we caution our folks to be careful to not hurt feelings.
We have chats from time to time, in the 
CHAT
room on the Group's page. The chats
are announced ahead of time, and shown on the club calendar.
All chats are BYOB, and clothing is optional.
