a member of the
The Singing River and Biloxi Bay Districts merged to become the "Bay Rivers District". This change is now over and Singing River District is back but with some changes. The Singing River District now includes all of Jackson and George County. Ocean Springs and St. Martin are now part of Singing River and all of Harrison county is Spanish Trail District. Mission Statement: The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
