Sultry Sounds of Diva D
Deanna Lulae Morgan-Campos' love of music began at the age of 5 when she recalls singing 'Frosty the Snowman' very badly and out of tune.

She began her professional singing career at Six Flags over Mid-America in the summer of 1986.

Deanna attended high school in Ardmore, Oklahoma where she participated in concert, marching and jazz bands as well as sang in choir. Musical productions were always a great time. She performed in many musicals in high school such as Oklahoma!, Oliver, Grease and South Pacific where she received the award for Best Actress for portraying the part of Bloody Mary. Little Shop of Horrors was a particularly interesting musical where she was one of the back-up singers in the Little Theater located in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

In 1985 Deanna received a full scholarship to East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma where she studied Vocal Music/Piano for approximately 2 years. Deanna's love for opera was very apparent as she practiced and performed her arias. While attending ECU in Ada, Oklahoma she was cast in the leading role of the mother in the opera, Amahl and the Night Visitors, written by Puccini.

Between the years of 1987 and 1992, Deanna sang in various clubs, restaurants, lounges and at many benefits and ceremonies. In the fall of 1992, Diva Deanna sang at the Grand Ole Opry with Don Reed Productions out of Nashville, Tennessee. Soon after, Deanna was invited to sing at the Lighting of the Christmas Tree at the White House, but because she was seven months pregnant with twins, she was unable to travel at the discretion of her doctor.

After having her twins, Deanna then decided to take a break from performing to raise her three children. In 1996, Deanna and her children relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma where she joined Five-Fold Ministries, Inc. Her contribution to the ministry was singing in various churches with the Praise and Worship Team as well as singing in a group called Double O Seventh Heaven, Agents of God.

In 1997, Five-Fold Ministries, Inc. moved to Texas City, Texas and wherein Deanna and her family relocated. While there, she sang back-up on an album entitles Five-Fold Ministries, Inc., named after the ministry. Deciding to take another path, Deanna moved to Waco, Texas and joined up with The Greater New Light Missionary Baptist Church in 1998 where she sang with the Mass Choir. During her one year there she recorded with them at Baylor University on an album entitled 'Suddenly, It Can Be Done' where she sang the solo 'Come Let Us Worship'. Looking for more opportunity, Deanna moved to San Antonio, Texas where she currently performs at weddings, graduations, sports events, and several karoke bars.

Diva Deanna's sultry voice can be heard on her latest demo album simply entitled 'Deanna Lulae'.
