"Linda Eder"-Debut Album (pre-engagement) Frank: No-one has ever made my music sound so beautiful; it must be a reflection of you. Forever-Frank Linda: For giving me your music to sing and the courage to sing it- for writing the sound track to my life and sharing it with me- I love you!
"Jekyll and Hyde" (After engagement . . . .) Frank: ...And to Linda Eder, whose glorious voice this piece was written for and whose performances of these songs Leslie and I created have given them the "best of all possible lives," I am as always filled with admiration and so much love. Linda: there isn't one . .she's just a lowly star ;)
"It's Time" (After engagement . . I know that!) Frank: <I can't seem to find one . . . .> Linda: And to my love, Frank Wildhorn, the reason that I am the luckiest woman alive. I give you the most thanks. These great songs are born on your piano and I am just one step of their ambition into the world. Endless voices will wrap around these melodies forever. As it should be. *And* to Justin: Be proud of your "children" and by proud of your son Justin Wildhorn who overcame his ten year old nerves and gave us the perfect way to end "Children of Eve" I Love you, Frank and Justin.
"It's No Secret Anymore" (After marriage) Frank: ...Now, sitting here in the studio listening to playback of It's No Secret Anymore, I'm feeling even more honored, humbled, and livelier than ever. Like the finest of wines, Linda just keeps getting better . . .oh yeah, she's singing these songs 7 months pregnant. Hope our new son has heard every beautiful not his mom has been singing to and for him. Jack and I have been so blessed in having such great care taken of our songs. As Jack says, "Linda is a song's best friend." Linda: And finally to my husband, Frank Wildhorn. I Don't know anyone in the world even remotely like you, and I can't tell you in words how proud I am to be your wife. But the professional singer in me, who has sung hundreds of songs in the last twenty years, can state undeniably that you are a modern day Mozart. Your joy in living flows into your music in ways that make is impossible not to hear. I thank the heavens we found each other, and I thank the music for making it happen. And to the baby, Jake: This CD is dedicated to "Jake" who was unable to change the radio dial! - Linda
"Linda Eder and So Much More" (pre-engagement) Frank: I think God had his best day when he created you. I had my best day when we met . . . Now, if I can only get you to sing at home! Forever-Frank Linda: You wrote the music, you produced the album, but everyone involved knows just how much more you did. Nothing would ever happen, ever be created, even be completed without your tireless drive and energy feeding us and most importantly, making us believe! I Love You!
"The Civil War: The Complete Works" (after marriage) Frank: And, for Linda Eder Wildhorn, whose beauty and grace is felt in so many ways on these recordings--for her support of those she believes in, her complete selflessness, her patience and faith for giving a voice to an angel, I love you beyond measure--Your Frank. Linda: there isn't one . .she's just a lowly star ;)

"Christmas Stays the Same" (After marriage) Frank: n/a . .he doesn't seem to have thank-yous Linda: To the musician, my husband, the piper that we all happily follow. I love you for "making" me make this album. And to the Baby Jake: One in particular is special because I wrote the lyric for my son, Jake. He, more than anything, has changed Christmas for me. I never knew what I was missing until I started to see the world through his eyes. The lights on the tree never shown more brightly. --Linda
"Gold" (After marriage) Frank: Ps: On a very personal note: to Jake's mom- my partner in love, live, and music- thank you for making my world the coolest place to be! Linda: I will never know how you do it- how a diehard sports fanatic shuts off the sound on the game- sits at his nearby grand piano and writes music like this. It must be your heart-huge and overflowing, pouring onto the keys! I love you - for life! And to the baby, Jake: You carry all our hopes for the future on your tiny shoulders and all our love goes with you *And* to Justin: We couldn't love you more or be more proud of you. You are tomorrow's hero.

I have always thought that Frank Wildhorn and Linda Eder have *the most* romantic story EVER!!!! So here I typed up what they say to each other in the cd booklet thingies. I (obviously) can only do the cds I have, which is all but one Civil War cd and the two J&H pre-Broadway cds . . However i'm suposed to get one soon . . .But here they are in chronological order. I just love the story . . .Of course, I add a LOT more in my head ;).
