| Just because I have a whole page for Linda Eder doesn't mean that she is the only singer for me. No, no, no, no, no!! I have many singers that I would sit through crappy Disney channel movies to see (cough cough-Susan Egan-cough). So this is cuz I don't have time or patience with this dumba** program to make them each a page. So here are names, pictures, and links. | Susan is best known for her role as Belle in the OBC of "Beauty and the Beast," playing oppisite Terrence Mann. I saw her semi-recently in concert, and that was what really got me interested in her. This petite 33yo diva is a bundle of talent. A phenominal voice that ranges just in Disney from the delicacy of Belle to being the sultry voice of Meg in Hercules. As my sister says, "I love her voice! It sounds so natural!" I also love her Sally Bowles! |
| I don't know too much about Alice, but I know that she might very well be second to me only beaten by Linda Eder. When I first heard Side Show, she and Emily Skinner blew me away, but there was something in her voice that felt so . . traditional and new all at the same time. She would have been a great Lucy Harris :p. I guess I have a pretty one-track mind, lol!! I can't wait to see what else she does in the future. |
| Emily was Linda Eder's UNDERSTUDY!! OOOH!! Hehee! Everything I said for Alice Ripley goes for Emily too. She seems like quite a character . . .One of those people you just want to know. Her voice has got a special human quality to it. It's got some weird . .almost buzz in it, but I don't mean that in a bad way at all. She's got power, and such an emotional voice . .seriously, investing in a duet albume with her and Alice was the best $17 I've ever spent on something none-Linda Eder :D |
| I can't imagine anyone better to be Emma Carew. Christiane and Linda Eder's "In His Eyes" gave my shivers and tears for the first 43 times I heard it. She's the only woman alive who can match LE's power and passion. And she's got an incredible voice of her own. It's like honey: perfectly smooth, and envelopes you in flavor, and everyone likes it. I can't wait until I get more of her cds. |
