What story or stories were you told as a child to explain why something was/is the way it was/is? For instance, what respone did you get for "Why is the sky blue?" or "Where do babies come from?" etc. Pick a story and write your journal entry about this. When I was 6 I asked my Mom why does it snow? She told me that it snows because the gods get mad! I wanted to go outside and then she said that the gods will get mad at me if I play with the snow. She aslo told me that each snowflake represent a different god. As I grew up I learned that she was just playing around because she didn't want me to go outside and get sick. "Why did I ask that question?"

Pretend you are having a conversation with one of the Greek gods. Write a brief dialogue demonstrating what you would ask them and how they would answer you. The god that I will be talking to is Zues.
Me: Zues how are you?
Zues: Get to the point!
Me: Uhhh. Okay! So how does it feel to be in charge?
Zues: IT feels great, But not always because you just sit on that chair,(Points to a golden chair) and then just wait for something to happen.
Me: How do you feel about the other gods treating humans?
Zues: Some gods are fine, they get along with me and they don't feel that humans should be treated unfairly. But some gods they just want to take advantage of their powers, so I just talk to them and try to settle them down.
Me: Thank you very much, Please send me back to EARTH!
Zues: Your welcome, blink and you be gone!

Why do you think things are the way they are? Who/what is responsible for our world? Explain! I think the things are the way they are because god has made it like that. Everything has a purpose to it and everything symbolizes something. The gods are responsible for our world.

Why are there unpleasant things in our world? I think that there are unpleasant this in life because of the Yin and Yan of life. There are unpleasant things in our world due to natural occurrences and human interference. You can't stop a natural occurrence. The chances of you surviving an earthquake, blizzard, fire, avalanche, lightning, etc., are very less. . As opposed to the other dilemma where no effort is being shown. Human interference is the biggest cause of the elimination of our population. That really puzzles me. We all know what kinds of problems exist.

If you had the powers of a Greek god, which god would you like to be? Describe the powers and explain how you would use them.

I would like to be Zues, because he is the one that is in charge of all of the greek gods. He is the most powerful god. I would like to be him because I want to know how it feels like to be a god that is in charge of everyone. With the powers I would like to watch the people I know and see what they really doing. Also with my powers I would like to help out poor people and people who are disabled. That's what I would most likey do with my powers if I was Zues.

Why do people need an explanation for the world around them? Why can't humans be content with just "being"? Explain your answer in regards to our need for science/religion to give us answers. I think people need an explaination for the world around them because humans can't know everything by them selves, They have to be aware of what' going on. Another words humans have to learn and get an expalination of what is going on and what they should do.

My friends and my family would certainly agree on "Computer". I am really go at using it. I could make programs and design web pages. I never actuallly learned to type, But I am really fast at typing. When ever I get home, I turn on my computer and stay on it for a while, It's like computer my life! I first took class on computer, like how to use it, But web designing and programing I learn myself. I just love to use the computer.

As I said in journal #9 that I am really good at computers, But in this journal entry I will talk aout "Web Designing". I do a lot of web designing. Some of my websites are the following, www.prowrestlinginfo.com, and www.darknights2000.com. Web designing is fun and It is really hard when you use "FLASH". It not that hard ut it takes a while to uild a web sit with "FLASH".

Decribe your bedroom.
As you enter my bedroom, you'll see that it is really "BIG". On the left there is a T.V. with VCR and a stereo system. On to the right their is my bed and two 1-seated sofas. I have wrestling and divas posters around my walls. I have tons of videos in my room. My carpet color is green. I have two huge closets. I keep my cloths in one and videos in the other one. One main thing I forgot to say that is in my bedroom is my computer. That's about it! That is how my bedroom is and the things that are in inside.

Welcome to my classroom! As you enter on the classroom you will see a lot of computers and people. If you look around the room, you will see pictures, posters, a whiteboard, windows, a air conditioner, a projector, chairs and desks. My classroom is a rectanlge. You will see a flag hanging. Describe the odors you encounter the minute you walk into your home.
As soon as I get home I turn of my computer and then go to my kitchen and make food for my self. I could smell the brezze in my bedroom. It so fresh in my room! It's always chilly in my room. In the living room yo can see and smell the flowers and stay there for ever. My house is like a peaceful place to be at. It's like an castle! So that basically the odor as soon as I walk into my house.

OkaY! This might sound wierd! When it's lunch time for me it like a period of peace! Seriously! There aren't as many students as the other periods. It's like a normal classroom! It's really queit! When students are walking it's like no one is there! My lunch period is dead! But in a way it's good because when it's to crowed then you can't find a seat and it takes longer to get yourt lunch. So in a way it's good, the way my lunch period is. I wouldn't want it to be too crowed! Plus lunch is the only free period I get!

I have touched a lot of animals. One of them I talk about would be a cat. When You touch an cat then it feels so hard- and smooth. It's like feeling a rock and rubber at the same time. The cat has hair that is so smooth and kind of long. It has hair on it's mouth and all around the body. The cat I touch was black -white. It looked really scary. If you ever touched a pillow and actually really felt it, That would be exactly how the cat i touched felt. So that's how a cat would feel like.

My favorite person is my grandfather. He is very old and very nice. He is still a hard working man, even though he is 66 years old. He does farming and loves to do work. I haven't see him in 3 years because he doesn;t live with me. He is a very nice person, Everytime I use to do something that was wrongf he always use to let me know and kept on telling me try your best at everything. Once he told me, "No one is perfect", But if you can be if you try to do the right thing. I never fighted with my grandfather, He's just a very nice perosn. I could always remember him every where I go. He will always be there for me/.

My least favorite person would be someone that annoys me a lot. For example if i say something he repeats it everytime and he tells on me for something that I did. Then that would make me "MAD" and I wouldn't want to hang around with that perosn. For this kind of example I would choose my cousin, G. He is crazy, I mean everytime I do something he follows me, If I go some where he wants to go with me. Sometimes I curse at him for doing that but he still doesn't get it. He not my least favorite person, But he could be one of them. So that's how I would describe my least favorite person.

The happiest moment of my life would be when I achieved my certificate for passing my computer (A+) class. It started when I first went to my computer class and all of the people there were like 18 and over. I was 13 years old! I felt so little! lol. But I was smarter then most of them. My class went for about 6 months or so. Then I took the test and I passed it. The teachers and my parents were proud of me. I look foward to do a new course at the computer school again. So that was the happiest moment of my life and there are few more, But i just want to share that one. That's it!

The saddest moment of my life would be when I lost the championship game against this team. We were playing for the whole season and finally made it to the finals, but then screwed up at the championship. The had better player s than us. My team tried but trying wasn't enough. But at least it taught us a lesson of not trying harder. We under estimated the other team. Now we are playing and get back to our championship game. All of my team is working hard. We gonna get that champion and once agian be the best. So that would be my saddest moment of my life.

Describe a time you saw something bad happen to another person and exaplain how it made you feel. Why?
I was watching a movie, It was about a mean-guy that thought "ALL" people were slaves. He treated them as animals. He feeded them once a day! and didn't pay them much. If I was there I would be agianst it, even if I have to die. Evenutally he would have to die or the poeple would just say "we give uP!" and start attacking him. I hate it when people get treated like animals. The person that is doing it wouldn't like to feel it himself. I just hate to see people suffer. If It ever happen to me, I would either go kill that person that is doing it or just die myself! Wouldn't you do the same?! After the man had a child and she fell in love with a poor guy, the man began to change because then he thought if y child would leave me for an another perosn that he might be just like me! But the people never accpeted him and he died of lonelyness. So he got his punishment and taught other people lessons! GOOD! That how I would feel about people that are getting treated unfairly.

It depends on the sitituation. Allright I will tell you one example. One day my cousin pissed me of and I was like "THAT"S IT!" Then I started to choke the hell out of him! All of a sudden he turn yellow and then fell, He wasn't breating and I was like holy s**t! Then my mom started to yell at me and she dropped some water on my cousin's face and after few minutes he woke up! I am dead serious about this! Now I just punch him around instead of choking him! When this happen the first person I went to wsa my mom and she eveually solved the sitiuation! So that's the person I would go to if something bad happens!

When something good or important happens, if it's really exciting I have to tell someone. I can only keep my mouth closed if it's suppose to be a secret. If something good especially happens to me, I love to tell other people so they would know how I feel and if it's important then they will be proud of me. But as like said before if it's a sercet then it can be fun because then I could mess around with them. Another way to said this is "BLACK MAIL"! lol! Only playing! I would keep it as a secert and not tell anyone.

Describe how you felt your first day of high school.
d As I walked up the hill I was like "DAM" cause i didn't even know no one and I was like who are they?! As i stepped into the school I sosaw these two kids from Junior high and i didn't them, But then they said "whatj's up". I was like Cool and from that day I started walking home with them. So My first day of school wasn't really bad, It actually turned out ot be one of the best ones! I met some of my teacher and some seemed to be nice and some seemed to be "BAD". One of my teacher was a assisant principle. I was really scraed to meet him, But he was the best Math teacher I ever had. He tought well and wa a nice teacher. So my first day was allright.

My fondest memory of my freshman year would be when I saw my best friend in my art class. He was in my class since 5th grade and we grew up together. But he moved and I met him in this school, I was like OH MY GOD! I didn't see him for 2 years and now all of a sudden I saw him. He was like what happen and you vhanged and ....etc. Now I see him e everyday and once or twice a week I call him up and we chill. He came to this school because of the nice programs here and that was one of my reasons to come here as well. So coming to this school was a good choice and I met my best freind. What have you learned your first year of high school?
I have learned a lot of math and science. Mostly science because I hate science and I didn't pay attention in my other schools. I teacher made sure that I pass my class witha good grade adn learn somethiung. I have also leanred to do my homework everyday and if i don't then the teacher won't accept it and I would get a minus. In my junior High school, My teachers actually accepted the homework late. So I have learned to take responseilites and be prepard everyday. So that about it, Science and taking responsitlies.

-If you could do things differently, what would you change about things you did or did not do your freshman year?
If I could do things differently, I would change my classes with my oterh freinds classes. I would want to hae every class with my friends. It would be fun and we would not actually get bored. when you know someone and he is with you, you actually want to show them how good you are and what you are willing to do. If you don't know anyone in your class you don';t want to talk and your scared to talk and mostly embrassed as well. So I would change the way the class were in my freshman year if i could. I wish I could! Then school actually would be fun and more students will actually do something. From my opinion, Students should choose their class and there time periods and the teacher should decide their grades as usual.
