Now, politics is something I still try to avoid. It is one subject, to me, that always causes a fight. I am trying to get better at getting involved. I have been watching the news a bit more, but it is still so negative that I hate watching it. I used to basically be an ostrich� I liked to keep my head in the sand. I have my head out, but I am not really very active within politics yet. Maybe in the future. Again this is one subject that if you say the wrong thing� you are considered un-american, or something to that effect. I feel like there is a general attitude of � If you aren�t with us, then you are against us�. I think this attitude is unfair. We should try to keep an open mind. Just because I don�t think like you, does not make me a bad person. Remember� different people� different opinions. |
