Hougang Soccer Youth Clan
Hougang Soccer Youth Clan is setup with the aim of offering regular soccer playing to youth in Singapore.
Soccer is only fun when played with a large group of people. However, very often, it is very hard to organise a match with many people available. That means there are only a group of 2- 5 people most of the time and they are unable to have a nice game. Hougang Soccer Youth Clan hopes to solve this problem by bringing people of different backgrounds together to play. This will increase the number of people able to play match and promote interaction with other people. The bottom line of the idea is " PLAY ".
This is how the clan function . If you are bored and wanted to play soccer , just come down to soccer field at Block 503 Houngang Ave 8,field at the road turning into Hougang Stadium or Street Soccer court at Block 341 every weekend and every day during holidays and public holidays ( aiyah as long as there is no school !!) . We will intro ourselves to each other before proceeding to the ground to play.The grounds that we often frequent use are Montfort Sec Basketball court, field at 503, street soccer court at Blk 341
The role of the clan is also to act as a COMMISSIONER. If you have a team and you wanted matches,we can arrange it for you.Similarly, if you are a single player,we will help you to be grouped with others into a team and play. Hougang Youth Soccer Clan is not a club but a clan that consists of people that loved soccer.
It is the aim of the Hougang Soccer
Youth Clan to provide foundations for other areas to setup their our own clan as
well.Hougang Soccer Youth Clan also aim to help Singapore in Goal 2010 by nurturing its playes into good players.Hence,we share some responsibility in Goal 2010 too.Hopefully,our appeal to FAS for funding can be achieved soon.
