Get Rid Of These Strays
As a new resident of Block Punggol Field, I have noticed an increasing number
of stray cats there, and I am concerned about the health and environmental
risks that this can poise.
These strays destroy residents' plants, follow people into the lifts and
sometimes urinate in and around the lifts.
Stray cats carry lots of germs and they are harmful.
I hope the environmental ministry or the town council can look into this.
