My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart, in choosing to do wrong and failing to do good. I am sorry for having sinned against You whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with Your help, to do penance, to sin no more and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Saviour, Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In His name, my God, have mercy.
I confess to Almighty God, and to you, my brothers and sisters, that I have sinned through my own fault. In my thoughts and in my words, in what I have done, and in what I have failed to do. And I ask Blessed Mary, ever Virgin, all the Angels and Saints, and you my brothers and sisters to pray for me to the Lord Our God.
My Jesus, I believe that You are in the Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I long for You in my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I know You have already come. I embrace You and unite myself entirely to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Come Holy Spirit. Fill the hearts of Your faithful and enkindle in us the fire of Your Divine Love. Send forth Your Spirit, and we shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth.
O God, who instructed the hearts of the faithful by the light of Your Divine Spirit, grant us by that same Spirit, to be truly wise and rejoice in Your Holy Consolation through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.

My Lord, make me an instrument of Thy peace,
Where there is hatred, let me sow love
where there is injury, pardon

O Divine Master, grant that I not seek
to be consoled, as to console,
to be understood, as to understand
to be loved, as to love.
