Obvious

She came back around lunchtime like always. She usually walked into an empty house but not today she walked into to the sound of laughter and was quite surprised to see Howie, Kevin and AJ there. They all stopped laughing when she entered.

�Does your Nanny always dress like that?� AJ said.

�I-I-I had no idea that you�d be here, I�ll go change,� she said as she started up the stairs but was stopped by Howie as he said �You don�t have to change he was just joking.�

�You sure because I can if it�s��

�You can�you can�you can go and get us something to drink.�

She stepped down from the steps as she said looking at them all �What do you guys want?�

�Get some�some water� Howie, said saying the first thing that came to his mind and with that she left out the room.

AJ laughed as he said, �You have a crush on your kids Nanny�

�I don�t have a crush on her, she just�well she is okay�but I wouldn�t call it a crush.�

�Well why don�t you ask her out, I mean you haven�t been on a real date since you know� Kevin said joining in on the conversation.

�You want me to ask her for you� AJ said.

�No�no�.no way, I can�t�

She came back into the room and she had the glasses of water on a tray and they all grabbed one as she said �I would fix you guys some lunch but there is no food�because someone .�

Howie turned to her as he said, �Are you referring to me?�

She laughed as she said, �Yes�

�I gave you money just last week�

�That was my paycheck�remember,� she said holding her hand out towards him.

He pulled his wallet out his pocket as he said, �I think you are embezzling money from me.�

She laughed as she said �Yeah right� he handed the money to her �You think that I�d still be here, hey what�s that.�

She pulled a 50 dollar bill out his wallet and he grabbed for it but she pulled it out of his reach and he said �I just gave you-�

�I have too get the girls some snacks and standing in that line a girl needs something to read�

He laughed a little as she started up the stairs as he said, �I want some change back.�

�I know of no such thing� she walked up the stairs �Change? That�s something new to me� she disappeared up the remainder of the stairs.

He laughed a little again as he turned back to AJ and Kevin and AJ said, �She made you laugh�

He shrugged his shoulders as he said �So what? You guys make me laugh�

�But in 4 years of you dating well people that we try and fix you up with you have never really laughed like you did with her� Kevin said.

�Well it�s no big deal, she�s my daughters Nanny for goodness sake�I think I am suppose to get alone with her.�

�What made you choose a Nanny like that mot nannies do not look like that�

�I didn�t choose her Jasmine did�she liked her from the first day she saw her�

�Was she the only one?�

�For get that let�s go� Howie said as he walked out the door and AJ and Kevin laughed as they followed him out the door.

Linda went shopping and had done all her chores. She was now in a long green shirt with white flowers all over it and a white shirt with thin straps and he hair pulled back. She looked at her watched to see that it was almost 2pm as she waited against the wall with the other parents out the Pre-K kid�s door. At exactly 2 the little kids started out the door running into their parents arms. It made her wish a little that she had kids of her own but her thoughts were broken when she saw Kelly running towards her and she kneel down and wrapped hr arms around the little girl. When started to stand she realized that she carried Kelly with her and she had wrapped her small arms and legs tightly around her hugging her still and Linda said finding this a little strange �What�s wrong?�

�I missed you Linda� she said as she pulled away looking into her eyes �Did you miss me?�

She was pretty surprised by her comment as she said �Yeah you know I missed you�

�I had a not so good day� Kelly said rubbing her eyes a little and looking back into Linda�s eyes.

�Ah sweet heart you can tell me all about it okay�

Kelly suddenly smiled as she said, �Over some pizza before my sisters get out of school�

She laughed a little as she said �Yeah we�ll go now� she said as she started down the hall holding Kelly in her arms.
