She laughed a little "we all know that,come on get up." They both got up "You don't roller blade do you."

She laughed as he walked and she roller bladed next to him and they actually talked for the first time.

Debra finally got her baby to sleep and Nancy was also down for a nap when Howie came downstairs fully dressed and she just sat on the couch with her legs and arms crossed as she said "Are you leaving again ."
"Yes"
"Where are you going?"
"Out." he opened the door and saw that she was upset and closed it back and came and sat next to her she didn't turned to face him "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, go out.....you always go out always."
"So you are mad?"
"No, I just.........forget it."
"No, tell me."
She turned to him "Did you ask me to marry you so I'll know you wanted too someday or did you cause you really wanted too."
"I don't understand what you are saying."
"When are we getting married." She saw that he didn't have an answer and before he could speak she stood up "Forget it, forget I brought it up, I don't care if we never get married that's the way it seems anyway."
She raced up the stairs and he followed her surprised by her question and she was in their bedroom she was standing on the balcony with her arms crossed from where he was standing he couldn't tell if she was crying or not but he came out "Debra honey I-"
She went back in "I don't want to talk about it, you're always leaving, this time I am leaving, you sit here with the baby all by yourself like I have to everyday."
She went into the bathroom and sat on the bed not in the mood for this and it showed in his voice "Debra you can't leave"
She came out the bathroom dressed in blue jeans and and a white tee shirt trying to put her hair up some kind of way "And you know what I need a hair cut."
With that she went into the closet as he said "Don't cut your hair."
She came out the closet and put her shoes on "Don't look for me, she has bottles in the fridge and you know where her diapers and everything are in her room."
She grabbed her bag and her thin jacket and went downstairs and he followed her and knowing she was serious he asked "Where are you going?"
"Out."
With that she slammed the door shut and the baby started to cry he couldn't go stop her and go check on the baby so he raced upstairs to check on the baby.

Kevin and Stephanie had learned a lot about each other during their scroll in the park which they were still doing when she asked "Want to go get a movie it's going on 5."
"You asking me out."
"Yeah, just let me get my shoes on."
She sat down on the bench and took her roller blades off and socks and she placed on her feet in some open foot heels and he asked "Are you ready to leave?"
"Yes"
She got up and she was surprised when he grabbed her hand and spoke of it as if they had been dating for years "So what are we going to see?"
"I don't know, I haven't been been to the movies in a very long time, I work a lot."
"Why? you're beautiful you should be dating like crazy."
"Well not everyone can make me open up to them and find the mystery of what's wrong and not everything caught's my eye."
"Does that mean that I got your eye?"
"Maybe"
"You know you wanted me the first day you saw me."
"Maybe or maybe not, I thought you were a poor sick puppy looking for love and you've come to prove me right."
She laughed as they reached his car and he opened the door for her and she climbed in and closed the door and got in on the other side.
"When do you think the words will come for your music?"
He drove off not really getting her question "What?"
"Your music, last night, you played for me, the piano."
"Oh....I don't know, soon I hope."
"It sounds good the way it is to me, cause I listen to mostly jazz music."
"So you wouldn't by any chance have our album"
"Afraid I don't but I assure you my niece does cause I got it for her on her birthday."
"Is she like a really big fan?"
"Yes they both are"
"Do they know you work for us?"
"Not yet but once the media finds out we're dating-"
"So we're dating now."
She didn't know what to say she didn't even know why she said that "Well.......I thought .....I don't-" she felt so dumb at the moment she just wanted to die. They reached the movie and she got out not waiting for him to open the door and he did also. When they got in it seemed every guys eyes were on her and girls also mostly in jealousy as they stood in line and he turned looking at her trying to pass time "So it's official...you're my woman."
"I'm not your woman"
"Okay maybe that was a little extreme how about my new girlfriend."
"How about 'friend'?"
"No see, we're pass that I'm too attracted to you for us to be friends, see my dreams I have about you are not friendly like."
"So you lust after and over me like a piece of meat."
"No, they are just dreams Steph."
"It's Stephanie ."
He was getting frustrated with her as he said "Okay Stephanie, hey you were fine just a second ago."
"In the car.....you could have said more than 'so we're dating now'."
She walked from the line as he ordered something and caught up with her saying "I'm sorry I made you feel uncomfortable...I'm really sorry plus I was surprised you said 'We're dating'."
"Well I'm sorry also"
She went and found their seats and he sat and he sat next to her. The movie hadn't started yet so everyone was chattering as he decided to try again "So we're dating."
"Why do you want to date me?"
"The truth....I don't know, it's just something about you."
After he said that the movie and the lights were dimmed so he didn't see the smile that crept across her face as she grabbed his arm and placed it around her shoulders.

Howie was having hard time so he called AJ. He didn't know why he call him but he did. They both were having a hard time cause the baby wouldn't stop crying and AJ asked "Did you feed her?"
"Yeah I did that."
"Did you change her?"
"No"
"Well do it."
"No way, you do it."
"You do it"
"You do it"
"It's your daughter"
"Debra made her your Goddaughter."
AJ always weakened up when those words were used referring to him cause it was such an honor that he was proud to hold he said "Okay but you have to help."
"Okay"
He went and got the diaper and handed it to him and he had to talk to get his mind off it "What did you say to piss her off?"
"She asked me when we were getting married and I couldn't answer and she said I go out to much."
"Well when are you getting married?"
"I don't know I know I love her and I want to marry her."
They both thought about his words only on different levels as they finished changing the baby and when they were done AJ picked her up as he said "Well let's go downstairs and wait for the stripper to return."
Howie grabbed her small blanket and they walked downstairs and sat on the couch AJ wrapped the baby up in the blanket and she stopped crying, she started moving her small arms in the air making baby sounds as AJ told him to go get the baby a bottle and he went to get one and came back and handed it to him "Where do you think Debra went."
"She's at my place with Claudia." he said very nonchalently.
And him happy to hear this news "Why didn't you tell me?"
"You never asked"
"I can't believe you"
"No I'm joking, Claudia's pissed at me, she's talking about commitment and all that so I've tried calling her but she's either never home or in the shower."
"You joke too much"
"You know she told me the same exact thing, but someone has to put some excitement into your life."
"I didn't think she was going to leave I thought she was bluffing and I couldn't even stop her."
"What if she never comes back?"
"Please don't start that right now"
He got up walking up the stairs truly not in the mood for him to fill his head with about a million different tales but he didn't care as he finished "What if she meets a guy who'll marry her this instant and they elope?"
"Really"
"What if she left you to care for kids and she eloped for real or she could just run off or-" And he kept going on and on as they tried to get the baby asleep.
