Old Feelings Return

"To ask you if you'll marry me" he said as he came inside.

"I would but I have lots of work to do."

"Work more important than marrying"

She laughed a little "Isn't your girlfriend back?" she said as she walked up the stairs and him watching and following close behind and she suddenly turned and he stepped up on a step looking down at her as he said "Yeah so, but your boyfriend is gone and Tommy is asleep...so"

She laughed "So nothing, go home"

She turned laughing as she started back up the stairs and he followed. Even though she had been with Tony and him with Tiffany. There was this one time when they did have one night and he wouldn't mind it again as she sat at her computer typing her paper and he pulled a chair over and sat next to her.

"Another big case" he said looking up at what she was typing.

"Yes, a case that is gonna take me forever" and just to piss her off he traced his fingers across her back and then down into her top "Remove your hand or I'll be doing a case on sexual harassment."

"I always liked it when you didn't wear a bra."

She grabbed his hand and stood up laughing as she hit him "Go home, Go away Kevin, to your girlfriend, she probably broke a nail or something." He picked her up into his arms "I hate when you do that, put me down"

He went into her bedroom where he placed her on the bed and then he sat "Do do anymore work tonight, get some sleep okay."

She laughed "But it's important I-...Why do you even care? You have a lady at home"

He looked down and laughed a little as he stood up and pulled her covers back and demanded she get under them and she did and he covered her up as he said "I'm gonna go"

"Yeah you better"

"Do you really want me too?"

"Bye Kevin" she said as she turned to her side covering up and he kissed her cheek and said "Good night Steph" He kissed her cheek and when she heard the door close she laughed and climbed out of bed to finish working.

The next morning Tiffany had a photo shoot and she dragged him along. He was watching her a while before he went out into the lobby and saw AJ seated outside the door with his daughter next to him she now being 3 was playing with his hat and he had his hands buried in his hands and then Alex looked up "Daddy, Daddy look it's Kevin"

AJ looked up at him and then Kevin sat as Kevin spoke first asking "What are you doing here?"

He knew Claudia was a model but AJ hated photo shoots more than anyone so he had to be down here for a reason.

AJ sat up "Me and Claudia got into an argument over something so dumb, noe she won't talk to me and I'm waiting for her so that I can apologize.

"You two argue like an old married couple"

Claudia came out the door surprised to see them Alex and Kevin saw her but not AJ as AJ finished "Yeah and most the time its my fault."

"How was it your fault this time?"

"I accused her of cheating on me and I know she'll never do that."

"What are you going to tell her when she comes out?" Kevin asked trying to get it out of him for Claudia.

"I'm sorry and-"

"I'm sorry too baby" and he jumped up and quickly turned grabbing her hands.

"I'm really, really sorry, I didn't mean to go off like that."

"It's okay"

They hugged each other and then he kissed her as he said in which he always said after their arguments "You still love me?"

"Yes, I love you very much Alex"

"Ah mommy, I love you too." their daughter said as she raced up into her arms and then kissed her mother and all of them could not help but laugh. Kevin was happy for them both knowing this would be a relationship that would survive till the end then his cell phone ringed and he answered.

"Hello"

"Hello to yourself" he heard Steph on the other line also her smile.

"Have you called to confess your undying love for me?"

"I called to tell you, we can't go to the park today because Tony is back in town and he wants to take me and Tommy out to dinner"

"So you drop all of our plans" he said jealousy in his voice.

"I told you, you are not my man anymore he is and besides you have a woman."

He was pretty much hurt and she knew it as he held the phone a second before saying "Right"

"I have to go okay, I'll see you okay"

"Bye"

He hung up and she held the phone cause he didn't let her say it back so she just hung it up. Claudia looked over at Kevin and very concerned she asked "Are you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine, I'll see you all later"

They nodded okay as he disappeared into the door Claudia came out of to join Tiffany then still in the lobby walking towards the exit, Alex still in her mothers's arms and then jumped over into his "So ladies...what are we having for lunch?"

"McDonald's!!" their daughter yelled.

"Good idea babe" AJ said as they walked out the door. Claudia wanted to kill them both cause she felt if she ate McDonald's one more time she would turn into a hamburger.
