John sat over in a near by chair as Howie sat up."What's your problem?"
"Her friend needs a date and I told her my little brother would be her date."
Howie laughed as he got up and walked out the door and his brother followed him downstairs. "You shouldn't lie to girls they don't like that."
They were in the kitchen as Howie opened the fridge not knowing what he was looking for his brother sat up on the counter top.
"Listen Howard I'm not asking you to fall in love, I'm not even asking you to like her I just want you to go."
Howie pulled the orange juice out the fridge and turned to his brother. "No, I don't feel like going out, you shouldn't have told her that anyway."
"Like what else are you gonna do."
"We just got off a six month tour. How about rest?"
"You've been resting for 2 weeks, you need to go out"
"Not with the girls you try to hook me up with" On that note Howie started back up the stairs and his brother followed getting kind of aggravated with him as he followed him back into his room.
"It's only a date"
"What are the chances of you to stop messing with me?"
"A million to none, come on it's just a date a harmless, harmless date, you have too, it's the only way I'll have a chance with this girl."
Howie released a huge sigh then he said "If I accept you'll leave me alone. you'll stop bothering me?"
"Yes"
Howie started to push him towards the door "Okay I'll go."
His brother very happy and relieved "Thank you, Thank you so much, It'll be fun bro...be downstairs at 7:00pm."
"Okay 7:00pm......goodbye."
Howie finally pushed him out and closed his door he released a huge sigh after doing so as flopped heavily back on his be bed only to fall asleep almost immediately.
"Come on they are here" he heard his brother yell from downstairs, he made sure he looked okay he was dressed in black leather pants, and black tee shirt his hair neatly pulled back he took one last look in the mirror as he started out his room and down the stairs.
When he got downstairs he was greeted by two very beautiful girls they looked alike, they both had blond hair just hanging down and were nicely dressed in summer dresses his brother stepped up between them all to introduce the crew.
As he pointed to the first girl " Howie this is Terry my date." he pointed at the other one " This is Tori your date."
They all exchanged their greetings and the guys escorted the two ladies out the door as they followed. In the car Howie's date who was next to him in the back seat groomed herself the whole time. Which was getting on his nerves.
When they arrived at the night club and were all seated around the table and no one was talking so his brother decided he'd better start the conversation "Well tell us about you ladies"
And Tori being the little energetic person she was spoke up. "Well I am just 18 and I really love you guys group a lot and I was just wondering what are the others up to? Where are they?"
Howie really hoping this question would not pop up glared secretly at his brother who shrugged his shoulders laughing a little "I don't know, they are most likely with their families or girlfriends are something I am not sure."
The girl burst out laughing and they are sat confused wondering why, finally she calmed down "You are so funny, they don't have girlfriends."
"Oh yeah it's against the rules I am so sorry I forgot."
She actually thinking he was serious "It's okay"
Terry feeling a little embarrassed by her friend jumped in. "Um Tori go to the ladies room with me" she pulled her up out the chair "We will be right back guys" When they walked off disappearing in the crowd Howie leaned over to his brother and blurted out "Eightteen John?" his brother started laughing before he replied
"I don't know about that but she is a cheerleader, you like cheerleaders."
"I hope you are enjoying this cause it will be the last time."
"For fun play on it, go alone with her."
"So what can we talk about together? About the group. I know about that already, I bet the next question she ask will be-" before he could finish he was cut off by the girls coming back to sit and Tori asked "So how is Nick? Where is he?"
Howie and John both laughed a little and Terry couldn't help herself she laughed also as Howie knew it was going to be a long night.
They got home them both laughing as they came in and Howie said "Why couldn't you have Tori and me Terry, she was telling me stuff about the group that I didn't know."
"I know but me and Terry are going out again tomorrow night"
"Have fun"
"I will"
Howie laughed as he went into his room and on to his be he flopped yet again face down and fell into a deep sleep.
