| Source: Arizona Daily Sun Date: 02/27/2009 Sinagua 7, El Mirage Dysart 4 Junior Robbie Ingram pitched three scoreless innings, striking out three, to earn the win for the Mustangs in their season opener. Ingram was held to just three innings because he was on a pitch-count in the opener. The Mustangs were leading 7-0 when Ingram exited the game, and despite giving up four runs late, they were able to hold on and get the win. Seniors Trent Gonzalez and Tyson Callan each had two hits and three RBIs for the Mustangs, who will play next on Saturday at Bullhead City Mohave. |
